Once you decide to boost your web presence with a SuperFastWebsite you will will be able to fill it out a complete web brief.  The more detailed and specific you can be, the better we’ll be able to serve you and deliver a web site that meets your needs and vision.

How long does it take?

As soon as your  custom website design form is filled out one of our designers will respond to you within two business days to set you up with a login to our project management system. They will then  follow up and analyze the information you submitted on our web site, and clarify anything that we are unclear on.  Once we have all of the information, we’ll create an information wireframe that creates our vision of how the web site will be laid out from an information structure standpoint.
Get ready for your very own ‘mock ups’

Upon successfully establishing a direction for the web site we’ll begin the design process.  You’ll receive two initial mockups that you can choose from, and we’ll give you up to 3 rounds of revisions on those mockups until we receive a final approval on one of them for you.  Following that, we’ll turn your design into a web site which will be live for you within three business weeks of receiving all of the required information for your order (or we’ll give you $100 off!). Please note that our timeline guarantee is null and void if you do not provide us with correct and complete information.

Got your own graphics already?

If you have a logo or any additional graphics which should be added to your web site design, please gather them at this time – we’ll ask you to upload those files to our project management system as soon as you have a login ready.  Please provide us with the highest resolution image you have available of your logo so that we can give you the most clean and professional web site image possible.

What Information should you have when you order?

There are some items you should ready to help speed things up (we do like to do things super fast!). Here are a few ideas:

• Contact details
• Hosting Details (if you already have hosting we will need your C Panel or FTP details. Don’t worry if you do not have hosting we can take care of that for you).
• Google Analytics code (if you already have a website you will have a code that looks like this: UA-XXXXXXXX-X).
• Website colors, ‘most wanted actions’ and the web addresses of sites you like.
• Social media profiles for Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube if you want them linked from your site.
• Facebook badge integration code (don’t worry if you don’t know what this means)
• Opt-in box form code details (learn more about Email marketing).
• Links to any graphics or logos you need us to use.
